Dr Xavier Pollet-Villard is a physician, embryologist and an international IVF consultant with a special interest in cutting-edge lab design and air quality. As such, he has designed and assisted many IVF clinics across Europe, UK and Africa to attain high standards in clinical embryology and patient management.

He serves as an expert at the Agence de la Biomédecine (French IVF authority) and is also a board member of the French Embryology Society (BLEFCO).

He is involved with the French Accreditation Body (COFRAC) as a technical auditor in ISO15189 for Andrology and Clinical Embryology as well as a member of the French Accreditation Commission for Healthcare.

Dr Pollet-Villard has been intricately involved in the proposal and drafting of French and international accreditation, IVF guidelines and consensus documents (Cairo Consensus Group).

He currently holds a position of Lab Director and Person Responsible at Nataliance IVF and Andrology Lab, France, and specializes in the management of poor prognosis patients as well as severe male factor infertility.

He has been involved in several start-ups in the ART sector and is currently the co-founder and CMO at AlwaysLab Inc (USA). He is also a Senior Advisor for BeezBiotech (France) and MovaLife Microrobotics (France).
