With over 25 years of hands-on experience in clinical embryology,  she is recognized for her extensive expertise and impactful work across the field of embryology in India

She currently serves as the President of the Academy of Clinical Embryologists (ACE), India, and heads the embryology programs at NOVA IVF Fertility and Motherhood IVF. Her expertise spans the establishment of IVF laboratories, standardization of embryology practices, and the structured training and mentoring of embryologists across multiple centres.

She has also contributed significantly to academic development, having served as a Member of the Board of Studies for the Clinical Embryology Program at Chettinad Hospital, Chennai, India and as Faculty for the Clinical Embryology Program at the Asia Pacific Institute of Embryology, Mysore, India.

Her career reflects a strong commitment to scientific excellence, quality systems, and the advancement of embryology education and practice.
