Dr. Julieta Del Valle is an embryologist by training and a developmental biology researcher. She currently serves as a Senior Scientist at dawn-bio, driving pioneering research to transform reproductive medicine. As part of a multidisciplinary team, Dr. Del Valle works on the development of human embryo and implantation models aimed at improving outcomes in in vitro fertility treatments. She helps lead efforts to decode the molecular drivers of embryo viability and implantation, applying stem cell-based models to address key bottlenecks in assisted reproductive technologies.
Before joining dawn-bio, Dr. Del Valle built a strong foundation in human assisted reproduction and ovarian biology research. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and obtained her master’s degree in Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction at the IVI RMA Group and the University of Valencia, Spain. She earned her PhD from Leiden University (Netherlands), where her research focused on the development of 3D ovarian culture protocols for in vitro folliculogenesis, disease modelling, and tissue regeneration.
