Jayesh Shinde is an accomplished embryologist with extensive expertise in optimising clinical outcomes and ensuring excellence in assisted reproductive technology. As Head of Embryology, he oversees Quality Improvement and Quality Control across more than 50 IVF laboratories, managing a team of over 200 embryologists. His leadership focuses on implementing standardised protocols, driving process optimisation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to achieve superior success rates.

Jayesh holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Australia and a Master’s in Clinical Embryology from the University of Valencia, Spain, providing him with a strong academic foundation and global perspective. Under his guidance, multiple centers have successfully achieved RTAC accreditation, reflecting adherence to international standards of quality and patient safety. He has led initiatives to improve success rates in Self cycles, enhance key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish robust quality management systems across all labs.

A strong advocate for technology integration, Jayesh has spearheaded the digitalisation of data monitoring through advanced dashboards using Power BI, enabling real-time analytics and evidence-based decision-making. Beyond operational excellence, he actively contributes to the academic and scientific community by writing chapters in international publications, speaking at national conferences, and co-authoring abstracts presented at national and international conferences. His work combines scientific rigor with innovative solutions, positioning him as a key player in embryology and reproductive medicine.
