Francesca Farlie,

Francesca Farlie is a trainee embryologist based in London with a passion for reproductive science and sustainability. She earned her BSc in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology from King's College London and pursued a MSc in Human Clinical Embryology and Assisted Conception at Dundee University.

Her commitment to environmental responsibility led her to become an ambassador for organisations such as My Green Lab, Climate for Health, and the International IVF Initiative (I3). As an advocate for sustainable practices in reproductive medicine, Francesca spearheads the I3 GreenIVF® campaign, advocating for eco-friendly approaches and promoting awareness of environmental issues within the industry. She is the lead author of the RBMO award winning paper "Sustainability in the IVF laboratory: recommendations of an expert panel" as well as worked behind the scenes at the 14th Biennial ALPHA conference keeping sustainability at the forefront of conference planning and leading the way for future greener conferencing.
